A pre-shoot meeting over the phone or in person will be arranged to discuss details of the shoot, answer any questions you may have and go over clothing selections.

As a rule we advise against wearing bright colors, patterns and shirts with writing on them, as all can be distracting.

We book all sessions for 4 hours because we know how predictable our little ones are! The flexibility of a 4-hour block will help ensure that we capture your little one in a few different moods (and hopefully asleep too!).

We want you to have the peace of mind that this shoot will not be rushed, and to know that if baby needs to be fed or changed, we will not be eyeing the clock. 

You have the option to have your infant portrait shoot at your home to ensure your baby stays comfortable and so do you! With newborns, environment is crucial to their mood and sometimes it takes rocking in that favorite chair to soothe them. Also, parents feel at ease knowing they can relax and be themselves, and not have to pack up every item they think will be needed for the shoot and have the added stress of forgetting something. Many parents also enjoy this option because they can be photographed in their real environment, rocking in their favorite chair looking out their own window. This creates a truly personal experience and captures a unique memory they can identify with.
